Our Store Policy

We founded BOM COSMETIK with one goal: to provide our customers with a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policy is detailed below, you can review it and contact us if you have any questions.


ON BEHALF OF BOM COSMETIK, we want to provide our customers with a pleasant and simple shopping experience to encourage them to come back more often. We understand that our store policies should be fair and transparent.

- Of course you have the right to change your mind: you have 14 days following receipt of delivery of the package, send it back to us unopened and we will refund you after checking the package. The shipping costs for returning the package will be your responsibility.

- If your order does not suit you because of the delivery error on our part. For example, the contents of the package do not conform to what you ordered, for example. Email us at with the order number.  After the verification, we will send you by e-mail the written confirmation with the return slip in PDF format. 

Print it and stick it on the package you are going to send back to us.

Drop off your parcel at the nearest relay point. The package contents must be intact.

You have 14 days to return it to us. Of course, we cover the return costs.

- In case of loss or theft of packages, BOM COSMETIK will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages but we will investigate with the delivery services (Mondial Relay or La Poste), you never know!!!

- Your refund will be made automatically after receipt and verification of the content  of your package within a maximum period of 14 days. 


Once the payment has been made, verified and the stock is available on the site. We ship your purchases within 24 hours, excluding Saturdays/Sundays/holidays. Deliveries are made either by Mondial Relay or by La Poste. You can choose the mode of delivery at the time of payment of your purchase according to your convenience. With each order, we offer you between 3 to 4  free samples. If you have any questions or comments about your order, our trained customer service team will be happy to assist you.

- France, Monaco, Andorra: Delivery costs are free for any order whose amount is greater than 45 euros (Mondial Relay) or 89 euros (La Poste Colissimo Standard).

MONDIAL RELAY: 3-5 working days delivered to a relay point near you

LA POSTE Colissimo: 2-3 working days delivered either in standard mode or in AR mode

We also deliver to other European countries by Mondial Relay or by La Poste

- Belgium, Luxembourg: 5.35 € are offered for any order whose amount is greater than 49 €, 3-5 working days in standard delivery

- Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal: 8.9 € are offered at relay points for any order whose amount is greater than 89 € 5-6 working days in standard delivery

- Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic: 12.5 € are offered for any order whose amount is higher than 99 € 6-7 working days in standard delivery  


- Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Reunion Island, Martinique, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon,  Wallis and Futuna: 11.30 € are offered for any order whose amount is greater than 110 € 7-8 working days in standard delivery by La Poste


It's a simple service that you can collect your order the same day for FREE.

Here's how:

- Order and pay online. There is no minimum order

- Wait for a notification before coming to collect your order either by e-mail or by SMS

- Come and bring the order confirmation with 1 piece of identification to be able to pick up your order

Site opening hours: Monday to Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. except weekends and public holidays
